Maria "Mily" Miranda brings nearly two decades of administrative, legal, and financial experience to Jeffrey Orr Law. A Coachella Valley native, Mily has built her career serving the desert communities she calls home, most recently spending several years as a paralegal with a well-respected Indian Wells estate planning firm, where she prepared and notarized legal documents, supported attorneys through every phase of client matters, and became a trusted first point of contact for clients navigating some of life's most important decisions.
Mily's background extends well beyond the law office. She has managed accounting, payroll, and human resources functions for a professional services firm, guided families through sensitive insurance and pre-need arrangements, and spent eight years providing executive level support to the clergy and staff of a large faith community in La Quinta. That breadth of experience gives her an uncommon ability to handle the details of estate planning, probate, and trust administration with both precision and genuine compassion.
Mily is a commissioned Notary Public and is fluent in Spanish, allowing her to serve the firm's bilingual clients with clarity and warmth. She holds an associate degree in Accounting from College of the Desert and is currently pursuing her law degree, a reflection of the same dedication and drive she brings to her work every day.
Outside the office, Mily's greatest joy is spending time with her young son, to whom she is wholeheartedly devoted. Her faith is central to her life and grounds the care and integrity she brings to everything she does.
