Trust. Guidance. Support.

Abigail Staab

is a Paralegal at Jeffrey Orr Law, PC, where she brings a strong academic foundation in political science and legal studies together with a passion for client service and community engagement.

A graduate of Morehead State University, Abigail earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a minor in Legal Studies, graduating magna cum laude and serving as a George M. Lucky Honors Scholar. During her studies, she focused on courses in legal research and writing, property law, and contracts, and earned her Westlaw Research Certification. She also served as a Senator in the Student Government Association, where she helped draft and advocate for initiatives to improve student life.

Abigail’s professional experience is diverse, and people centered. She completed a prestigious Canadian Parliamentary Internship in Ottawa, where she worked with the Honorable Dr. Hedy Fry on policy development, speeches, and constituent communications. In addition, her extensive work in hospitality and retail sharpened her ability to anticipate client needs, communicate clearly, and manage complex details in fast-paced environments — skills she now applies to supporting clients and attorneys in the estate planning and probate process.

Outside the office, Abigail is committed to service. She volunteers with the Tucson Wildlife Center, assisting veterinarians and wildlife rehabilitators to prepare animals for release, and has long been active with the Hugh O’Brian Youth Leadership program, mentoring young people in leadership and community responsibility.

Abigail’s combination of academic achievement, professional versatility, and dedication to helping others makes her a valued member of the Jeffrey Orr Law, PC team and a trusted resource for our clients.
